my first time buying with this store and such a pleasure it has been. I received my order yesterday and unfortunately the strap was broken a bit. I wrote to the seller directly to resolve this privately and he immediately said he would send me a replacement strap, no questions asked. and to add to this. He said he would send me a scratch guard for the watch display as a gift. and for the watch itself. Does everything it claims to. love the minimalistic feel. I’m yet to discover the watch completely. will write another detailed feedback once I’ve figured out the watch
